Piadina sfogliata Scent of Greece

Ingredient List

Fresh, crispy salad
1 cucumber
Halloumi (goat's milk cheese)
Sweet and sour red onion
Olives
Capers
A few small date tomatoes
A few fresh basil leaves
Extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper Oregano

Preparation

Prepare a citronette (oil, salt, pepper, lemon).
Heat the piadina in a frying pan, then season it with a drizzle of oil, salt and oregano, gently place the salad leaves on top (washed and dried thoroughly, then season with the citronette)
Add capers, a few olives, thin slices of onion and a few chunks of tomato.

Grill the slices of halloumi then put them on top. A drizzle of raw oil and a little extra oregano, then serve.
