Our products travel with "express courier", which ensures home delivery in Italy within 24/48 hours and in some (except remote locations and islands). Delivery can take place throughout the day.
Taking into account that couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, shipments will be made on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (only for areas served 24 hours a day). If the customer is not at home he assumes responsibility and will be responsible for going to the depot to collect the package. Shipping will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Some useful advice for receiving the goods:
Make sure there is someone to receive the goods otherwise indicate a different delivery address: the doorman, your work address, a neighbor, a friend or a relative. We ship wherever you want!
The drivers cannot be contacted by telephone so the delivery would be postponed to the next day.
Upon receipt we advise you to check that the conditions of the package are intact. If you have any doubts, take photos of the package before and after opening.
• If the package is slightly damaged, accept it but write next to the signature: "I accept subject to inspection: damaged package".
Any complaints must be raised immediately to the carrier, otherwise the product is considered delivered correctly.
• However, if the package is very damaged, refuse the goods and write: “GOODS REFUSED, damaged package”

The report must contain:
1. photographic evidence of damaged packages.
2. Your order number, your first and last name and a brief description of the problem.
Once the problem has been ascertained, we will resend the product or refund the amount of the goods.
