Cooking Guidelines

Use a non-stick pan, medium heat, without adding oil.

Heat it two minutes per side and turn it over a few times during cooking.

Use your favourite fillings to stuff it, then fold it in half or in slices, and enjoy.

Heat the oven to a temperature of 180°.
