You can keep it in the fridge and once you open the package it has to be consumed within 5 days.

Remove the product from the package and heat on a baking sheet or
hot plate for 2 minutes per side or 1 minute in the toaster oven.
Do not use in microwave oven. Great with cured meats, cheeses and verdur.
